Advantages of Using the Passwarden app

Duress Mode

The Duress mode allows you to view only a predetermined portion of your data and passwords by logging in using a preset code (Duress Password) instead of your actual master password. This will shield your most sensitive data when you are coerced to provide access to your Passwarden storage. You may think being threatened at gunpoint, but it doesn’t have to be that scary! Even without any external threat, you can still take advantage of this feature, just to withhold information from friends and family. Your confidential data is stored in an impenetrable vault.

Safe password-sharing and Two-Factor Authentication

If you often share your passwords or personal info over messengers or email, we offer a safer way to do so. Passwarden allows you to share your sensitive data by creating a new Shared Vault and inviting trusted users to it. The authentication process is the first step of protection in any application. 2FA makes it harder for unwarranted parties to access your device or account. Add another layer of security to fortify your defense.

State-of-the-art Encryption

Passwarden provides military-grade AES 256-bit encryption as the cybersecurity gold standard. It will scramble your passwords and personal information to make them hard to decipher for cybercriminals. This technology, along with EC p-384 protocol for public-key cryptography, buys you advanced protection and peace of mind.

Strong Password Generator

Our app offers an easy way to create strong passwords using digits as well as uppercase/lowercase and special characters. You can choose any aspect of your password, such as its length, and immediately save it in an encrypted safe vault.

Cross-device Synchronization

As a multi-platform password manager, Passwarden can be used on most popular platforms simultaneously. You can access your secure Vaults on all your devices. Create passwords, modify them, and get updated directly on any device whenever you want and wherever you are.

Autofill Option

You don’t have to remember each and every password because the Autofill feature will enter the corresponding credentials automatically on every login page. This is only possible if you already have the credentials saved in your Passwarden storage; our app automatically fills them out for you. This feature not only makes your life easier but also saves you time. If you don't want your passwords to popup instantly, simply deactivate this option for your most sensitive accounts.
