First time using it was a good surprise, first by the clear and simple design and second by the choice of the frameworks. (Aka: mindmap for objectives, kanban boards, roadmap, list tasks). As a designer, having a timeline view of our client's deadline project was a huge benefit and exactly what I was looking for. As a freelancer/ entrepreneur the KPI's feature inside Goals was a good way to measure our results. I can kinda say that Goals is a Trello with steroids for team leaders and entrepreneurs for its features. I personally liked the KPI pre-existing options.
