Role is assigned to each team member and determines their permissions and ability to create and edit Objectives, Key Results, Tasks, Sprints, etc. There are 4 types of roles in the Goals App: Admin, Manager, Employee, and Guest. You can see the full overview of their permissions in your Account Settings > Roles.
