How to set goals for different teams, for instance, Development, Design, Marketing?

You have several options:

1. Assign members of different teams to different Key Results within one Objective. This option is recommended if all teams work to reach one main goal and you want to monitor the progress using Reports that cover the entire Objective.
   In this case, each team member can see the whole Objective, including all its Key Results, Sub-Key Results, and Tasks.
   
   
2. If you want to keep the teams separate, not letting them see other teams’ tasks, you need to create a separate Objective for each team. Choose this option, if the teams work towards different goals.
