How to Set Up KeepSolid SmartDNS on AirPort Extreme?

Important notice before you change AirPort DNS settings

  • We recommend you to write down your current AirPort Extreme DNS settings before you switch to our DNS addresses. This information will be required when you decide to revert to your original configurations.
  • To unblock streaming services with our KeepSolid SmartDNS app, you have to register your IP address. Check out how to manage your IP address in the KeepSolid SmartDNS App and your KeepSolid User Office here
  • Also, please make sure that your AirPort Extreme wireless router device is not set to bridge mode, as DNS changes won’t work. Instead, change DNS settings on the router AirPort Extreme is connected to, or disable bridge mode to proceed with AirPort Extreme setup.
