How to Set Up KeepSolid SmartDNS on Panasonic TV

Important notice before you start Panasonic TV setup

Before you start your Panasonic TV setup and change DNS information, we recommend you to make a note of your current settings. You may need the settings if you want to revert to them later.

To unblock streaming services with our KeepSolid SmartDNS app, you have to register your IP address. Check out how to manage your IP address in the KeepSolid SmartDNS App and your KeepSolid User Office here

Besides, we recommend you to block Google DNS servers (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4) on your router, otherwise you may not be able to bypass geo-restrictions and access the desired content.

How to change Panasonic TV DNS settings

The process of Panasonic TV setup may slightly vary depending on the TV model. Generally, changing Panasonic TV DNS settings requires the following steps:

  1. Select Settings
  2. Proceed to Network > Network Settings
  3. Choose IP Address/ DNS Settings
  4. Select Manual in DNS Settings Mode
  5. Fill out the Primary DNS and Secondary DNS fields using the addresses of KeepSolid SmartDNS servers:

    European DNS - 62.210.136.158
    US DNS - 69.162.67.202

Note: You should use the DNS server closest to your real location as the Primary DNS server and the other server as the secondary one for your Panasonic TV.

  1. Restart your Panasonic TV so that the changes come into force.

Note: Whenever your IP changes, our service will stop working for you. To avoid this, make sure to update your IP address via your User Office or KeepSolid SmartDNS app.

Great! You’ve successfully configured KeepSolid SmartDNS on your Panasonic Smart TV and can enjoy the extended range of media now available to you.
